Continuum of Sovereignty: A Somatic Inquiry of Individual and Collective Expression

In this Continuum Movement® series, we inquire into sovereignty through a somatic and energetic lens – not as separation, but as coherence and belonging.

Through movement, we will explore boundaries, speaking truth to power, and expressing agency without collapsing into disconnection. Together we’ll trace how systems, ancestral lineages, and cultural narratives shape the body’s relationship to autonomy, voice, safety, and expression. We'll engage with sovereignty in the relational field—within family, partnerships, community, and peer dynamics—and examine how fluid movement supports this inquiry. Grounding these explorations in biology, we’ll attune to inner landscapes shaped by mitochondria, fascia, exclusion zone water, and the body’s capacity for coherence. This series is an invitation into open systems: where sovereignty is not isolation, but interconnection in motion.

Structure & Format

5 classes, 2 hours per session. Each session will include guided Continuum explorations, dialogue, somatic reflection, and integrative teaching.

Continuum Movement® (CM) is a somatic practice that combines breath, vocalization (sounding), and intuitive movement to tap into the fluid nature of the body. Through gentle explorations, CM practices teach us to move the body intuitively by listening to the language of sensation, while giving full permission to be guided by pleasure and ease.

Zoom recordings of all sessions will be made available to all registered participants in the days following each session.
